Current status : MAD!!


I really dont like it, when my status in most of my post is basicly sad, angry or sick!. but what am i suppose to do when there are people like my landlord around..that make me feel all these negative emotions!. i couldnt sleep last night because of this particular lady...its either she doesnt understand english, she is having her PMS or she is just a MEAN!! person..whatever it is, i dont think its nice to treat a person the way she did..Let me explain to you the reason im soooo very mad at my landlord.

First of, i have to say that i have mentioned my dissatisfaction over my landlord once or twice in my previous post. Anyways, the weather last night was pretty humid, and my aircond wasnt functioning properly as it was leaking. This was around 12am, so i decided to text my landlord at that time because i knew the next day i would be to busy with uni that i will eventually forget to text or call her...so this is the msg i sent to her

Premi : Ms.ester, i would like to bring to your attention that currently the aircond in the master bedroom is leaking and the kitchen roof is likewise. i would really appreciate it if you dealt with these problems as soon as possible for it is causing a lof ot inconvenient and distress. ( me trying to sound professional)

Landlord : Dont try to be funny it late at night now! Are you trying to find way out to delay in paying your rental?or trying to give excuse in doing repairing without approval (im thinking to myself WTF!!!!)

Premi : (being patient) Ms ester i have already deposited the cash on monday. I have the receipt with me. Im not trying to be funny but we are having some problems with the maintenance. The reason im sending you the message so late is because i have been very busy with uni. and the weather is humid today so i cant use the aircond. Im just informing you to take the correct action. Dont misunderstand me.

Landlord : Do it again i will issue a warning!! ( WTF BIATCH!!). This time if i dont receive the full amount of rental on time you would face the consequences

(so i tried calling her at, it was around 12.15am to clear things, cause i felt she didnt understand what i was saying but she didnt answer her phone,,so i left it and just sent her a text)


Premi : I tried calling you to sort this missunderstanding. Ill call you tomorrow again or if your free please give me a call. Thank you. You can check your account as the full amount of 1600 is already there. thank you. Good night.

(the next morn) Landlord : Your matter already been forwarded through email to the owner. I am waiting for instruction. You have no common sense by calling people at that kind of time?.

Premi : Sorry ms. ester for calling at that time. Anyways i hope we can meet today or tomorrow at the apt if your free. So i can show the problem to you. I dont want you to have the wrong idea about me. Thank you for forwarding the email. I will wait for your reply. have a nice day.

That's exactly how the conversation went. In my opinion, i didnt expect her to reply my msg if it was late!!!!.. doesnt she know how to use HER freaking common sense. Im trying to be real patient and being polite and she gets all BITCHY on me!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!....the only reason i asked her to come to the apt, so she can see for herself that there is some problem and not think im lying...Seriously, i hate such people!!...is she taking advantage of me just cause im younger and being polite??..*argh*

Anyways, im giving her 3 working days to reply to me. i have decided to move out of the apartment when my contract ends..i really dont want to rent a place owned by such person.....
